Hello, I'm TRACEY MARSHALL, I'm the Owner of Gracefully Prepared.   I initially thought of this concept to do this type of business back in 2004 after the loss of my grandmother but launched it after losing my sister in February 2012. I'm usually viewed as the "strong" one in my family but when it came to losing a Loved One, I seemed to be the one not able to take it so well. However, when both my grandmother and sister passed, I was the primary person in charge of handling their funeral arrangements. After the services were over I was emotionally exhausted and the thought of having to send out the Thank You cards just mentally drained me. I thought if I had someone to handle the "ending task" of the funeral planning for me it would've alleviated the stress that began building up in me. That's when I started doing extensive research to see if anyone was offering this type of service but I was unable to  find anyone so I took the initiative to immediately start the process of launching a company that would offer this "courteous" service. Gracefully Prepared, which was initially the name of my sister, Monique Marshall, catering company was started to "Give Families Ease to Relax & Remember Their Loved One In Peace" by "Assuring Their Expression of Gratitude is Delivered". Gracefully Prepared extends a SYMPATHETIC WELCOME....  to families that are grieving over the passing of a Loved One.  We know how emotionally exhausted you can be following the funeral, dealing with the "acceptance" of the loss and adjusting back to your daily life without them. It can cause you to "unintentionally" not follow up on expressing your gratitude to everyone who offered their condolences and support while struggling with the heartache of missing your Loved One.
